Training
Learn all you need to successfully teach yoga to children of all ages. The training invites you to play, to be spontaneous, to go with the flow and to enjoy life. Learning to teach children’s yoga is about the relationship with our inner child and healing the wounds of our childhood. Teaching children is living in the moment with our feelings, thoughts and sense of wonder.
We invite you to join us on this journey to places both real and imagined. Learn to tell a story that teaches young children yoga and meditation, by becoming a tree, a lion, a dog, or a flower.
The Benefits
Why is yoga good for children? They learn to be confident, secure, strong, creative, positive, healthy and social. This prepares them for a bright future and helps them to live in their beauty.

Quotes from past participants
“Every weekend was surprisingly beautiful and full of playful moments. I felt like a child again!!! After each weekend I felt more connected to my ‘inner child’. Also contact with my son has improved. The training has given me so much more than the right to teach children, it has healed me as a person and made me more conscious of what it means to be a child in all aspects.”
- Hardyal Kaur
"I have now given my first children’s yoga class. It felt like a dream. I could not believe I'm doing yoga with children. It was incredibly beautiful and I felt richly rewarded. I am very grateful that I had the opportunity to teach 20 children. They were curious, open-minded and very attentive. In a moment they all sat cross-legged. I was very surprised, taken with what a great seriousness but also with how much fun the kids have at the yoga class. It was simply beautiful. The children were happy and I was too."
-Sibylle
“Since the training, something more happened, I'm more jolly, play a lot more, laugh more... I have a kind of forgotten spontaneous behavior back. That has something to do with a much more intensive connection to my inner child. I started speaking to my inside again. Everything was so serious the last years. So, I feel good, new in a way a little lighter and brighter.”
